Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) will begin accepting registration applications today for its initiative targeting weather and climate enthusiasts via the Anwa platform. Launched in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the National Center for Non-Profit Sector (NCNP), the initiative aims to empower weather and climate enthusiasts by providing free access to NCM's resources and services, including practical training in meteorological events.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative seeks to enhance community knowledge of weather and climate, raising meteorological awareness. The initiative fosters an engaging environment for individuals and groups, encouraging active participation in NCM's programs and strengthening collaboration between institutional and community efforts.
