Alula: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Albudaiwi, held a meeting with Niels Annen, the State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany. This meeting took place on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference Leaders' Meeting in AlUla.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on the relationship between the GCC and Germany. Both parties explored ways to enhance joint cooperation in various fields to serve their mutual interests and support regional and international security and stability.

During the meeting, the situation in the Gaza Strip was also addressed. Both sides acknowledged that the circumstances in Gaza have become catastrophic and dangerous. They emphasized the urgent need for a ceasefire, the resolution of the crisis, and the necessity of allowing unrestricted aid into the region.
