Geneva: Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Saleh Al-Jasser began an official visit to Switzerland to join the Kingdom's delegation at the 16th session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva, held under the theme: 'Shaping the Future: Driving Economic Transformation for Equitable, Inclusive, and Sustainable Development.'

According to Saudi Press Agency, Saudi Arabia's participation aims to foster international cooperation in transport and logistics, facilitate knowledge exchange, leverage best practices in maritime transport and trade facilitation, develop transport infrastructure, and promote economic growth aligned with fair, comprehensive, and sustainable development.

Al-Jasser will participate in a ministerial roundtable on supply chains and logistics services, with an emphasis on enhancing their resilience to support trade and sustainable development. He will also hold meetings with fellow ministers and CEOs to strengthen collaboration in the transport and logistics sectors.
