Religious Affairs President Calls on Pilgrims to Honor Sacred Traditions and Follow Guidelines

Makkah: President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, has addressed Muslims and pilgrims with essential guidance on the significance of the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah. He emphasized the importance of making the most of these days' virtues and fulfilling the objectives of Hajj by adhering to regulations that ensure rituals are performed with ease, safety, and peace of mind.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Sheikh Al-Sudais underscored the need to respect the Grand Mosque's security and regulations, highlighting the sacred status of Makkah. He urged pilgrims to exhibit Islamic morals, kindness, and cooperation, which are vital in safeguarding the revered status of the holy sites.

Sheikh Al-Sudais also drew attention to the extensive services provided by the Saudi leadership, including security, healthcare, and organizational support to aid pilgrims. He commended the efforts of security personnel and Hajj workers, stressing the importance of cooperation with these entities. Pilgrims were advised to comply with crowd-management plans, avoid praying in passageways, and support awareness initiatives to ensure a safe and smooth Hajj season.
