riyadh: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned the terrorist attacks launched by the Houthi militia using ballistic missiles against the southern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ministry described the escalation as a violation of international law that undermines regional security and stability.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry reaffirmed Bahrain's solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for measures taken by Saudi Arabia to preserve its sovereignty, security, stability, and territorial integrity.

The ministry also expressed its appreciation for Saudi Arabia's leadership of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen. It stressed that these efforts are vital to achieving a comprehensive and lasting political solution to the Yemeni crisis in accordance with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Initiative and its Implementation Mechanism, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference, and UN Security Council Resolution 2216. It added that such efforts help preserve Yemen's unity, sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.
