Riyadh: The Applied College at Qassim University, in cooperation with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), is set to launch two specialized training courses in ground services as part of an existing agreement with the association.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the programs include the Safety Management System for Ground Operations course, which will commence on September 28, 2026, lasting for four days, and the Human Factors in Ground Operations course, starting on October 3, 2026, and continuing for three days.
The courses aim to align training programs with international practices and globally recognized standards in the aviation sector, contributing to the development of national talent and enhancing professional competencies. They are also designed to strengthen participants' readiness for careers in ground services and aviation.
