Riyadh: Madinah is expanding its sustainable mobility solutions through safe bicycle lanes in main streets, squares, and public parks, providing an eco-friendly transport option for residents and visitors through an integrated network of bicycle stations.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Madinah Region Development Authority stated that more than 165 bicycle stations, operated by a specialized national company under the authority's supervision, are supported by more than 220 kilometers of dedicated cycling lanes across most of the city's neighborhoods and key locations.

The bicycle service contributes to encouraging eco-friendly transport, reducing carbon emissions, promoting healthy lifestyles, easing traffic congestion, and providing flexible transport options that complement the public transport network.
