Madinah: Madinah Buses announced Monday the launch of a free shuttle service to facilitate visitor access to the Madinah Dates Season events held at the Madinah Central Dates Market.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the service will operate daily from July 20 to August 2, 2026, with round trips between Alia Mall and the Madinah Central Dates Market. The scheduled service aims to ease visitor transportation and enhance their experience during the season.

Departures from Alia Mall are scheduled for 4:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m., while return trips from the Central Date Market will depart at 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.

The initiative forms part of efforts to improve access to the season's events and provide convenient transportation options that enhance the visitor experience and encourage attendance. It also supports Madinah's position as an economic and tourism destination in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
