Riyadh: The State of Kuwait today strongly condemned the attempted attacks targeting petroleum facilities in the Eastern and Riyadh regions using UAVs launched by Iran-backed militias in Iraq. These actions were described as a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a breach of international law, the United Nations Charter, and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Kuwait's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The statement expressed support for all measures Saudi Arabia takes to safeguard its security and sovereignty. It also emphasized that the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an integral part of the security of the State of Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
