Riyadh: Director General of Civil Defense Maj. Gen. Dr. Hamoud Al-Faraj received at the directorate's headquarters in Riyadh today Head of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia Bogdan Gavkalyuk.
