Makkah Municipality Handles Over 54,000 Field Visits and Customer Service Reports in July

Makkah: The Holy Makkah Municipality completed a wide range of activities throughout July as part of its ongoing operational plans to enhance efficiency and accelerate service delivery.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the efforts support improvements to the urban landscape and quality of life through an integrated operational system covering regulatory, supervisory, service, and field operations. Oversight efforts included 44,091 field visits and inspections as part of intensified monitoring campaigns to ensure compliance with municipal regulations.

The municipality also processed 10,694 customer service reports, reflecting its rapid response to public requests and complaints while strengthening regulatory compliance and maintaining the quality of the urban environment. It processed 7,661 infrastructure project requests, supporting the continued development of public facilities, enhancing their readiness, and improving the urban landscape. It also handled 7,527 commercial license applications, 2,032 construction permit applications, and 173 municipal service requests.

The municipality reaffirmed its commitment to advancing its operational and oversight plans while continuing to develop municipal services to improve efficiency and deliver faster, more effective services. It said these efforts are aimed at meeting public expectations and further enhancing the overall performance of municipal operations.
