Eastern region: The Eastern Region has been adorned with more than 15,000 national flags as part of the Eastern Region Municipality's preparations to celebrate Saudi National Day.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the preparations include installing more than 50 banners on pedestrian bridges and buildings, 400 lighting fixtures on buildings and beneath bridges, 250 advertising signs, 750 signs on streetlight poles, 200 decorative structures, 200 streetlight-pole decorations, and 90 screens. More than 70 events and programs will also be held at around 30 locations across the region's cities and governorates, in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
