According to Saudi Press Agency, Tawakkalna serves as a unified platform offering services across multiple sectors such as healthcare, judiciary, commercial integrity, municipal affairs, housing, transport, and telecommunications. It allows users to verify medical insurance, track health records, and access electronic notarizations from the Ministry of Justice, as well as interface with social insurance and the Social Development Bank. The app also secures commercial transactions by enabling users to inspect commercial registrations with the Ministry of Commerce, verify e-commerce platforms via the Saudi Business Center, and validate electronic invoices through the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. For daily mobility and urban services, the Tawakkalna app lets users schedule vehicle inspections, navigate public transit with the "Darb" journey planner from the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, access municipal parking, and manage their Saudi Post addresses. Additionally, the platform centralizes telecom inquiries through the "my numbers" service and supports public service appraisals in collaboration with the National Center for Performance Measurement.
