Madinah:Somalia has condemned the attack on the Taibah electricity distribution station in Madinah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Somali Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement condemning the attack, highlighting that it targets infrastructure in a city that houses one of Islam's holiest sites. This act, the ministry noted, violates the sanctity of these sacred places and is a clear breach of international law and the sovereignty of Saudi Arabia.

The ministry also expressed Somalia's full solidarity with the Saudi government and people. It affirmed support for Saudi Arabia's efforts to protect its sovereignty, ensure security, and safeguard its citizens, residents, and visitors to the holy sites.
