Madinah:The fourth and final batch of guests under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Umrah and Visit Program for 1448 AH has arrived in Madinah. This program, overseen by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, includes visits to the Prophet's Mosque and various Islamic and historical sites, followed by a journey to Makkah for Umrah.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry has established a comprehensive system of services to welcome and support the guests. This includes organizing their journey from their home countries to Saudi Arabia and facilitating their accommodation and transportation. The aim is to ensure the guests' comfort and allow them to perform their rituals and complete their visit programs smoothly.
The final batch consists of 250 Umrah performers from 21 countries, including Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Georgia, Russia, Bhutan, Australia, New Zealand, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, and Fiji.
With the arrival of this group, the program has successfully hosted a total of 1,000 Umrah performers from 65 countries this year. This initiative is funded by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, highlighting Saudi Arabia's dedication to supporting Islam and Muslims and facilitating their visits to the Two Holy Mosques.
