Manama, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior received Vice-Admiral Charles Bradford Cooper the Commander of the United States Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT) and the United States Fifth Fleet (C5F) Commander.

The meeting was attnded by Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan, Chief of Public Security.

The minister commended the close Bahraini-US partnership the security cooperation it continues to witness, and the exchange of expertise in various security fields.

The meeting discussed cooperation and coordination programmes which further enhance joint work.
