Abha:Abha Maternity and Children Hospital has been awarded the international Baby-Friendly Hospital accreditation certificate after a successful evaluation process.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Aseer Health Cluster announced that the hospital earned this accreditation by fully implementing the initiative's standards set by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF for the period from 2026 to 2029.

This achievement highlights the cluster's dedication to improving the quality of medical services and promoting a safe, healthy environment that supports breastfeeding practices.
