Baghdad / NINA / – Advisor to the Prime Minister Rashid Al-Azzawi confirmed: The visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Iraq is an important positive step.
He said in a statement: The positive visit and the emphasis on activating the Iraqi-Saudi Coordination Council and the joint committees between the two brotherly countries is an important positive step in deepening communication and cooperation with the Arab world.
Al-Azzawi expressed: looking forward to perpetuating its momentum and providing reasons for its success.
The Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, visited Baghdad yesterday and met with the three presidencies and his counterpart, Fouad Hussein.
