Riyadh: The National Company for Agricultural Services (AgriServ) has announced the launch of a comprehensive veterinary care package through 16 veterinary clinics in Riyadh Region, with plans to expand soon to cover all regions of the Kingdom via its unified digital application. This initiative aims to enable breeders to easily and efficiently access specialized veterinary services, either at their location or remotely, without the need to travel or wait.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the mobile veterinary clinic provides field examination and diagnostic services for all types of animals-including camels, cows, sheep, horses, and wild animals-by dispatching a veterinary team equipped with the necessary tools to deliver comprehensive care, including diagnosis, vaccination, and treatment.
Meanwhile, the virtual veterinary clinic allows breeders to receive remote audio-visual medical consultations by uploading images, videos, and veterinary reports to obtain an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Prescriptions are also sent electronically through the app, contributing to quicker case handling and reduced need for travel.
This initiative is part of AgriServ’s efforts to promote digital transformation in the veterinary sector and provide smart solutions that enhance service quality and responsiveness, supporting the sustainability of livestock in the Kingdom, improving agricultural and veterinary services, and fostering innovation in livestock resource management.
