Riyadh: Governor of Al-Ahsa Governorate Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr sponsored the signing of an agreement between Turkish Airlines and Al Ghazal travel and tourism agency to launch direct flights between Al-Ahsa International Airport and Rize-Artvin Airport in the Republic of Trkiye.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this agreement builds on ongoing efforts to strengthen international air connectivity through Al-Ahsa International Airport and enhance cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Trkiye in the travel and tourism sectors.

The new flights are expected to meet the growing demand for direct international air services among residents of Al-Ahsa and Eastern Region. The initiative will also provide greater convenience for travelers while supporting regional development and connectivity.
