Al-Ahsa:The Al-Ahsa office of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, in partnership with the Green Environment Society, has initiated the 2026 National Greening Season in the governorate.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Atiah Al-Thaqafi, the office's director, indicated that this season is part of continuous efforts to enhance vegetation cover and promote afforestation and environmental sustainability.

The ministry's office in Al-Ahsa has outlined plans to carry out various initiatives, programs, and activities aimed at raising awareness and involving the community in sustainable environmental development throughout the season.
