Al-baha: Al-Baha Region celebrates its heritage on World Heritage Day, observed annually on April 18. Al-Baha is home to a rich collection of archaeological and architectural heritage, with 313 sites and 2,634 buildings and villages recorded by the Heritage Commission, reflecting the region's historical development across diverse environments.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Baha also maintains a rich heritage of handicrafts, traditional clothing, jewelry, and cuisine, which continue to be passed down through generations while evolving to stay relevant today and link the past with the future.

Al-Baha's heritage villages enrich the visitor experience by showcasing traditional houses and ways of life, offering an authentic cultural journey that highlights the Kingdom's cultural diversity.
