Al-rass: A community initiative, launched 15 years ago to provide iftar meals for fasting individuals, continues its service to residents of Al-Rass Governorate as part of Ramadan volunteer efforts.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative was originally started by the late mother of local resident Hamad Al-Anazi, who dedicated part of her home to preparing iftar meals. Over the years, it has grown into an ongoing volunteer effort, with meals prepared and distributed daily by a team of volunteers.

Hamad Al-Anazi noted that the team begins preparing the meals each day from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Distribution to beneficiary families starts at 4:00 PM, providing approximately 700 meals daily.
