Border Guard and Wildlife Center Successfully Rescue Dolphin in Makkah Region

Makkah region: Border Guard search and rescue teams, in cooperation with the National Center for Wildlife, returned a dolphin to the sea after it was washed ashore in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, Makkah Region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the rescue operation highlighted the concerted efforts of the Border Guard and the National Center for Wildlife in preserving marine life. The authorities efficiently coordinated to ensure the safe return of the stranded dolphin to its natural habitat.

The Border Guard has urged beachgoers to protect the marine environment and to report similar incidents promptly. Individuals in the Makkah, Madinah, and Eastern regions can report such incidents by calling 911, while those in other parts of the Kingdom are encouraged to use the number 994.
