Riyadh– Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Esports Federation (SEF), highlighted the National Gaming and Esports Strategy, launched by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, stressing that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has great potentials in games and electronic sports, given its location that constitutes a geographical bridge between the West and East, in addition to the high capabilities and potentials of its youth, where there are more than 21 million interested in gaming.

This came during a tour that included Singapore and South Korea, during which Prince Faisal participated in the All That Matters Conference in Singapore, and the World Esports Summit in South Korea, which witnessed the participation of a large number of senior executives in the world of Web3, music, sports, games, digital and marketing, from all over the world, to contribute to creating and sustaining an attractive and positive environment for discussion, education and work towards the development of esports.

Prince Faisal, during the tour, which aimed to introduce the strategy and its objectives, touched on the sectors that the strategy aims to develop, including technologies and devices, the games and Esports production sector, the governance and regulations sector, in addition to infrastructure and attracting and developing talents.
