Riyadh: Cluster2 Airports has achieved a new international milestone, with 18 of its airports receiving the Airport Customer Experience Accreditation at Level 3 from the Airports Council International (ACI), reflecting its commitment to applying best international practices in developing the traveler experience.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Level 3 accreditation reflects airports' success in integrating customer experience principles into their strategies and operational processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovative practices.

This achievement extends Cluster2 Airports' record of international success, having obtained 39 international accreditations during the current year, including the Level 1 Accessibility Accreditation, alongside three "Best Airports in the Middle East" awards.
