Riyadh: The Coordination Committee for the Islamic Solidarity Games visited Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University yesterday, which will serve as the official site of the Athletes' Village. This venue is set to host delegations participating in the games scheduled to take place in Riyadh from November 7 to 21. More than 3,000 athletes from 57 Islamic countries are expected to participate in the sixth edition of the event.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the visit was attended by Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee Prince Fahad bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed. The visit included a tour of the village's facilities and the services prepared for the delegations to ensure an integrated and safe living environment. The committee reviewed accommodations designed for Olympic and Paralympic athletes, reflecting the quality of organization and readiness to host this significant Islamic sporting event.
