Dust-Stirring Winds and Rain Showers Expected Across Several Regions in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has predicted that parts of Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh, and Eastern regions will experience dust-stirring winds. Rain showers are also anticipated over the western and southwestern highlands of the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, fog formation is likely during the night and early hours in these areas, as well as in the Northern Borders and Al-Jouf regions. Over the Red Sea, northwesterly to northerly winds are expected in the northern and central parts, reaching speeds of 20-42 km/h, while the southern part will experience southeasterly to southwesterly winds at 16-25 km/h. The Red Sea's wave heights will vary from half a meter to two meters, making the sea conditions range from calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to westerly, with speeds between 13-25 km/h. Waves will be between half a meter and one meter, and the sea is predicted to remain calm.
