Geneva: The Executive Committee of the Association of Secretaries-General of Arab Parliaments held its 45th meeting today, chaired by Mohammed Al-Mutairi, Secretary-General of the Shura Council and Chairman of the Association. This gathering took place on the sidelines of the 151st General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, which is currently being held in Geneva.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting's discussions centered around the main theme for the upcoming session, 'Activating Research and Information Centers to Guide Parliamentary Decision-Making and Enhance Legislative Performance.' In addition, the committee evaluated proposed amendments to the association's internal regulations.
