AlUla: The Farmers’ Market at the AlUla Dates Festival allowed farmers to sell their variety of dates and innovative date products offered by citizens and families working in the cottage industry, gaining a revival in sales and purchases after the high turnout of visitors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the children’s section introduced younger visitors to cultivation methods and educated them about the different types of dates in AlUla. The Royal Commission for AlUla launched the Farmers’ Market in the AlManshiyah neighborhood as part of the AlUla Dates Festival. This event, open to the public until November 9, offers a range of festivities, local products, and handicrafts.
