Four Venues Set to Host AFC U23 Asian Cups Saudi Arabia 2026 Matches

Jeddah: Together with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the local organizing committee of the AFC U23 Asian CupS Saudi Arabia 2026 has officially confirmed the venues and dates for the tournament's sixth edition. The tournament will be staged in Jeddah and Riyadh from 7 to 25 January 2026, featuring 16 Asian teams.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in Jeddah, Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City will host 10 matches, including the opening game and the final, and King Abdullah Sports City will stage another 10 matches, featuring the semi-finals and the third-place playoff. Meanwhile, Riyadh's Al-Shabab Club Stadium and Prince Faisal bin Fahd Sports City will each host six group-stage matches.

The competition adds to Saudi Arabia's growing track record of hosting major international sporting events, further cementing its role as a leading hub for Asian and global sports. The Kingdom's packed sports calendar will also include the AFC Champions League Elite Finals in April next year and the AFC U17 Asian Cup 2026 in May, underlining its leadership in hosting continental and global tournaments.
