GCC Commercial Arbitration Center to Host Gulf-UK Forum in London on July 25

London: The GCC Commercial Arbitration Center is scheduled to organize the Gulf-British Arbitration Forum on July 25 in London, with the participation of legal institutions, arbitration centers, law firms, and dispute resolution experts from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the United Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum aims to boost cooperation and institutional integration between Gulf and British entities involved in arbitration and the resolution of commercial and investment disputes. It will also explore ways to develop a supportive legal environment that attracts and sustains investment.

The forum's main sessions will address the impact of arbitration on international agreements within the framework of the investment system. Experts from the Ministry of Investment will participate in the event to highlight key experiences and best practices related to arbitration as an effective tool for ensuring a stable and equitable investment environment.
