Riyadh: General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Chairman Turki Alalshikh announced the first-ever Riyadh Comedy Festival, which will take place at Boulevard City in Riyadh from September 26 to October 9. The event will feature over 50 of the world's most renowned comedians.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the festival is the largest of its kind globally, bringing together a selection of award-winning comedy stars known for their outstanding performances on international stages and streaming platforms. It reflects the efforts to amplify Riyadh's status as a leading destination for major cultural and artistic events.

The festival promises a distinctive opportunity for comedy lovers in the Kingdom and the entire region, featuring a diverse daily schedule of performances that cover various comedy styles, ranging from stand-up comedy to live talk shows, alongside workshops and interactive activities catering to different age groups.
