Riyadh:The second edition of the Global CSR Forum will commence tomorrow at the Sofitel Riyadh Hotel and Convention Center. Organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development under the theme 'From Commitment to Impact,' the event will be held on October 5-6, 2026, bringing together over 3,000 participants and more than 100 speakers from around the world in over 40 panel discussions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum is held under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi emphasized that hosting the forum reflects Saudi Arabia's commitment to advancing social responsibility, a key component of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the private sector's role in development.
The forum will feature senior government officials, business leaders, and experts discussing global social responsibility trends and strengthening collaborations among public, private, and non-profit sectors. It includes three main platforms: the Global CSR Forum Plenary Session, the Corporate Social Responsibility Impact Platform, and the Corporate Social Responsibility Standards Platform, focusing on six strategic themes such as strategy, climate, social impact, responsible innovation, digital transformation, and governance.
Additionally, the forum will host a Corporate Social Responsibility Award ceremony to recognize companies that have effectively translated commitments into measurable results, emphasizing the significance of impact measurement in the private sector. This event underscores the Kingdom's efforts to promote social responsibility and sustainable development, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
