Riyadh: The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) announced today the launch of a new unified number (199044), the official call center number designated to receive customer calls and inquiries, replacing the previous number (8001243344).
According to Saudi Press Agency, the move comes as part of GOSI's ongoing efforts to adopt best practices in developing communication channels and facilitating customer access to insurance services. It aims to enhance the customer experience and improve communication efficiency with GOSI, thereby increasing customer satisfaction levels.
GOSI explained that activating the short number (199044) will boost the efficiency of handling customer inquiries and reduce the time required to access services. It added that all customers, including retirees, subscribers, employers, and beneficiaries, can contact the call center through the new number from Sunday to Thursday, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
