Mecca: The Guest Care Center, affiliated with the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, is providing round-the-clock services to pilgrims.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these services include Nusuk assistance, accommodation for lost women and children, luggage storage, lost-and-found services, responses to Fatwas and inquiries, and support for people with disabilities and others requiring priority assistance. The center aims to enhance the quality of services offered to pilgrims and enrich their overall experience.

The center's operation is the result of collaboration with several leading service provider partners in the Grand Mosque, representing a significant step by the authority to deliver a comprehensive experience for pilgrims, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
