Mecca: During his Friday sermon at the Grand Mosque today, Imam Sheikh Osama Khayyat urged Muslims to honor the sacred times and places designated by Allah, specifically highlighting the virtues of the month of Dhu Al-Qidah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, he emphasized that perfect faith involves drawing closer to the Creator through worship during these favored periods, while cautioning that sins committed now carry a greater spiritual burden.

The imam concluded by affirming that the truly fortunate are those who respect the sanctity of these blessed days, seizing every moment to perform good deeds and seek Divine pleasure.
