Hajj Pilgrims Praise Advanced Services and Technologies in Tashreeq

Mina: Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit are experiencing the first days of Tashreeq with an integrated system of services and advanced technologies that facilitate their performance of rituals. A number of these guests, part of a program implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, have expressed their happiness during this time, highlighting the exceptional organization and care provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Hajj Muhammad Al-Hadhri from Germany shared his feelings of indescribable joy, emphasizing the well-prepared environment for pilgrims. He noted the significant role of the latest technologies in organizing gatherings and managing crowds, which has made movement between the holy sites easier, even during peak times.

Hajj Muhammad Abdullah Idris from Sudan expressed gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. He appreciated the administrative and technical transformations he witnessed, including the smart Nusuk card and the meticulous security and health efforts.

The guests, while present in Mina, are enjoying an atmosphere of faith, tranquility, and security, with care and service provided by a collaborative system of various governmental and civil entities involved in Hajj. The guests have praised the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance for their integrated services, from the moment of arrival to the various stages of the ritual, noting that the Kingdom has set a model in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their guests with modern means and integrated services.
