High-Level Session of Strategic Dialogue for Development and Humanitarian Aid between KSrelief and UK Department for Development

The high-level session of the Strategic Dialogue for Development and Humanitarian Aid between the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) and the British Department for Development took place at the KSrelief headquarters in Riyadh today.

The session was chaired by the Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the Center, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, and the British Minister of State for Development and African Affairs, Andrew Mitchell.

During the session, they reviewed the progress achieved in the outcomes of the Strategic Aid Dialogue, the advancements in cooperation and joint coordination in relief and humanitarian projects, the evaluation of current humanitarian cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, and the follow-up discussions on ensuring effective humanitarian aid reaches affected populations worldwide.

Dr. Al Rabeeah expressed his satisfaction in working together to save and improve the lives of thousands of people who are in desperate need of assistance. He emphasized KSrelief’s commitment as the humanitarian arm of Saudi Arabia to its role in alleviating the suffering of vulnerable communities across the globe.

Andrew Mitchell commended the fruitful results of the strategic dialogue between the two parties and their collaborative efforts in providing essential humanitarian assistance to those in need worldwide.
