Jeddah: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met in Jeddah with the President of the European Council, Ant³nio Costa. The discussions focused on the strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the European Union, as well as the latest regional developments. The meeting examined the security and economic implications of these developments on an international scale and coordinated efforts to enhance security and stability.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting was attended by several high-ranking officials from both sides. Representing Saudi Arabia were Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet, and National Security Advisor Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, and Saudi Ambassador to the EU Haifa Al-Jedea. The European delegation included EU Ambassador to the Kingdom Christophe Farnaud, Chief Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of the European Council Anna-Maria Boura, EU Special Representative for the Gulf region Luigi Di Maio, and other officials.
