Makkah: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh has assigned 300 scholars, preachers, and students of knowledge to participate in domestic Hajj campaigns for the year 1446 AH. Their mission includes providing religious guidance and issuing fatwas related to Hajj and Umrah. They will also deliver lessons, lectures, and sermons directly to pilgrims in Makkah and across the holy sites throughout the Hajj season.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this assignment is part of the ministry's broader efforts to provide the highest quality services to pilgrims, in accordance with the directives of the Saudi leadership. It also contributes to the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program, a key initiative under Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to facilitate the performance of Hajj and Umrah as efficiently and seamlessly as possible.
