Islamic Affairs Ministry Expands Awareness Efforts for Pilgrims Near Grand Mosque

Makkah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has launched a series of intensive outreach programs in mosques and prayer halls within the central area surrounding the Grand Mosque in Makkah. This initiative is part of the second phase of the Islamic awareness plan for the 1447 AH Umrah season, aligning with the increased influx of pilgrims during Ramadan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these initiatives include scholarly lectures, daily instructional sessions, and post-prayer sermons conducted by a designated group of official preachers from the ministry. Interpreters in multiple international languages are also provided to ensure that the awareness message reaches pilgrims of all nationalities.
