Islamic Affairs Ministry Implements International Courses to Qualify Scholars, Imams

Damascus: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance continues implementing courses in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nigeria, Austria, and Mauritius, targeting hundreds of scholars and imams, as part of its efforts to spread correct Islamic knowledge, promote a moderate and balanced approach, and qualify dawah cadres across the world. Participants expressed their gratitude to Saudi Arabia and the ministry for serving Islam, promoting moderation, and strengthening imams' Islamic knowledge and competence.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative is part of a broader strategy to enhance the quality of religious leadership and ensure that imams and scholars around the globe are well-equipped with authentic and balanced Islamic teachings. The courses are designed to foster a deeper understanding of Islamic principles, encouraging a message of peace and moderation.
