Riyadh: Jazan Region is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty, featuring white sandy beaches, coral reefs, and lush highlands, making it an attractive destination for tourism and investment.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Jazan Region Municipality is committed to enhancing the tourism, entertainment, and investment sectors in Jizan city and the region's affiliated governorates. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to develop infrastructure and expand quality investment opportunities across municipal, tourism, and entertainment fields.

This commitment is exemplified by the Zan Waterfront project, located on the sunset coast north of Jizan city. Spanning 300,000 square meters and costing over SAR1 billion, this project is backed by a 50-year contract, demonstrating significant confidence in the region's economic potential.

This project aims to attract investments and create new job opportunities, reinforcing Jazan's position as a prominent tourist hub and investment destination. It encompasses diverse recreational, tourist, commercial, and residential facilities, meeting the needs of both visitors and investors.
