Jazan: The Jazan Region and its governorates are gearing up to launch a variety of tourism and entertainment festivals and events starting in November. This initiative marks the beginning of the Jazan Winter Festival, which will be held under the patronage of Governor of Jazan Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz and Deputy Governor of Jazan Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz. According to Saudi Press Agency, the Jazan Region, in collaboration with government entities and the private sector, is making substantial efforts to develop tourism as a sustainable industry. This initiative is aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to utilize the region's natural resources, tourist sites, advanced facilities, and skilled national workforce to position Jazan as a prominent local and regional tourist destination. The region's winter season, characterized by its warm climate, attracts citizens, residents, and tourists to its beaches and picturesque locations, thereby enhancing tourism and e ntertainment investments. The Jazan Winter Festival will offer a variety of events, including entertainment, cultural, sports, and traditional activities, alongside numerous competitions. Sports and marine activities are anticipated along Jizan's waterfronts, accompanied by tourism events and shopping and entertainment festivals throughout the region's governorates and centers.
