Jeddah: Governor of Jeddah Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi today witnessed the signing of a memorandum of cooperation in his office to provide medical services to home healthcare patients. The agreement was signed between the National Charity Foundation for Home Health Care, the Jeddah First Health Cluster, and the Jeddah Second Health Cluster, in cooperation with the volunteering and community partnership program in Jeddah Governorate.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the memorandum aims to provide medical equipment for home healthcare services, enhance the comfort of elderly patients, and improve their quality of life by ensuring access to comprehensive care without the need to visit medical facilities. The service will be offered free of charge, with qualified doctors visiting patients in their homes to provide necessary medical care, supported by specialized teams equipped with advanced tools to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.
