Justice Minister Emphasizes Judicial Quality, Faster Case Resolution in Commercial Courts

Riyadh: Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani said during a meeting with heads of commercial courts that the next phase in developing the commercial judiciary will focus on deepening institutional maturity and judicial quality and building on achievements already made, in ways that improve the quality of outcomes, the clarity of procedures, and the beneficiary experience.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Samaani noted the unlimited support the justice sector receives from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the close follow-up by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, stressing the importance of continuing development and strengthening integration in judicial work.

He stressed the importance of using data and indicators to identify areas for improvement, thereby enhancing the quality of judicial outcomes, the speed of case resolution, clarity of procedures, and consistency of practices. He also stressed that heads of courts are responsible for the quality of their courts' performance and highlighted the importance of continuous training, qualification, and building judicial knowledge.
