Kidana Enhances Mina Readiness with 195 Maintenance Centers and Advanced Field Support Network

Makkah: Kidana Development Company, the executive arm of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, announced the completion of the maintenance system's readiness in Mina for the Hajj season through the operation of 195 maintenance centers aimed at ensuring uninterrupted efficiency of services and facilities around the clock.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Kidana stated that the centers accommodate more than 3,000 personnel from specialized field teams distributed according to a comprehensive strategic plan covering various areas across Mina. Kidana's operations sector is responsible for equipping the centers with all operational requirements to ensure rapid response.

As part of its digital transformation efforts, Kidana also highlighted enhanced response speed to service reports through linking operational zones with the centers. This contributes to the creation of an effective field support network for receiving and immediately addressing reports.
