Abha: King Khalid University is celebrating International Students' Day and the International Day for Tolerance with various programs aimed at promoting tolerance and coexistence among cultures. Over the next three days, the university has scheduled a series of activities designed to enhance cultural understanding and exchange among its diverse student body.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the university is organizing field trips to historical and cultural sites across the Aseer Region. These excursions aim to provide international students with insights into local heritage and national development. Additionally, the "Cultures of Peoples" exhibition will showcase traditions from participating countries, offering a platform for cultural exchange and learning.
The university's celebration will also feature a dialogue session centered on tolerance as a fundamental value and a national approach. Media interviews with international students will highlight their experiences, and training programs are set to assist students in integrating into university life. King Khalid University currently hosts approximately 3,000 international students from 103 different nationalities.
