The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) signed a cooperation agreement today with a Syrian civil society organization to support orphans and economically empower their families affected by the earthquake in northern Syria. The project aims to support 600 orphans by providing school supplies, hygiene kits, seasonal clothing, and monthly stipends. It will also offer psychosocial support and vocational training to 150 caregivers in areas such as sewing, livestock farming, and food production. Furthermore, the project will provide livestock and professional tools to help these families establish sustainable livelihoods. This initiative will benefit a total of 750 individuals in the areas of Al-Bab, Afrin, and Azaz in Aleppo Governorate. This project reflects Saudi Arabia's ongoing commitment, through KSrelief, to provide humanitarian assistance to orphans in need worldwide. Source: Saudi Press Agency
